Clause A: The "It’s Your Data" Clause (Accuracy)

3. User Responsibility for Data Accuracy

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the content, data, and documentation ("User Content") you upload to the Platform. TextilePassports does not verify, audit, or endorse your User Content. You certify that all environmental claims (including but not limited to "Organic," "Recycled," or "Carbon Neutral") are substantiated by valid evidence in your possession.

Clause B: The "Don't Sue Us" Clause (Indemnification)

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TextilePassports and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• (a) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
• (b) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
• (c) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party or violated any local, state, or international regulation (including EU ESPR/AGEC regulations).

Clause C: The "No Warranty" Clause (The Software might break)

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TextilePassports makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services is at your sole risk.
